Red Rock Reserve: First Blush is a quiet soft opening of the festival that invites guests into an intimate sunset gathering celebrating the romance of rosé, the beauty of the land, and the artistry of the culinary craft. Set within a breathtaking private garden estate, the experience unfolds as a progressive tasting journey where guests wander through gardens, patios and candlelit outdoor spaces while discovering curated Arizona and select international wines alongside refined chef tasting expressions.
Inspired by the first flowering of the season and the soft blush tones of desert dusk, the evening is designed as a relaxed yet elevated social experience centered on conversation, exploration, and sensory discovery rather than a formal seated dinner.
As live music drifts through the air and the landscape transforms from golden hour into twilight, guests experience a celebration of taste, atmosphere, art and place.
FRIDAY
The FLEUR Vineyard Prelude

Created as an invitation to discover the beauty and character of Arizona wine country before the festival begins, Vineyard Prelude encourages guests to explore Sedona and Verde Valley vineyards and tasting rooms at their own pace prior to immersing themselves in the weekend’s festival experiences. From scenic vineyard estates to intimate tasting salons, the Prelude offers an opportunity to experience the landscapes, hospitality, and spirit of Arizona wine country in a relaxed and unhurried way before the celebration of F L E U R: Sedona International Festival of Fine Food and Wine officially unfolds.

An elegant estate dinner celebrating the artistry and romance of the French table. Hosted within a breathtaking Sedona estate, the evening unfolds through a multi-course collaboration from acclaimed chefs paired with distinguished wines in an atmosphere of candlelight, refined tablescapes, and timeless hospitality. Inspired by the traditions of grand European dining while grounded in the beauty of the Southwest, The French Table is an immersive culinary experience where cuisine, wine, and conversation become a celebration of taste exalted.
