FLEUR Sedona presents Red Rock Reserve: The Keeping of Light, an intimate winter salon celebrating Sedona's breathtaking landscape and the illuminating beauty of the winter light.

Set against a magnificent backdrop of red rocks, guests will enjoy exceptional wines presented by James V. Monaci, including exclusive reserve tastings in La Cave, FLEUR’s intimate/reimagined wine cellar, accompanied by inspired culinary creations from our featured chef.

The afternoon unfolds through an artistic experience: Grain & Cacao: An Edible Exhibition which is a sculptural celebration of artisan breads, fine chocolates, olives, olive oils and seasonal fruits honoring the richness of the land and Sedona's orchard heritage.

Drawing subtle inspiration from the artistic and cultural traditions of Italian and Scandinavian St. Lucia's Day which is celebrated on December 13th The Keeping of Light embraces the timeless symbolism of light, warmth and renewal. Through contemporary artistic expression, the salon offers a celebration of the changing seasons and the beauty of light in the natural world.

Adding to the afternoon's enchantment, Eagle Dancer's owners, Iona and Huib, will share the fascinating history of this extraordinary estate, offering guests a rare glimpse into one of Sedona's most remarkable properties.

Presented as a special benefit for FLEUR Sedona, the gathering supports the continued development of the International Festival of Fine Art, Gastronomy and Wine. Guests will also have an opportunity to become Patrons of FLEUR, helping cultivate an enduring cultural tradition in Sedona.
